Pasta CSA (Summer 2026)

Pick up a pound of fresh, artisan pasta every week throughout the summer!

Weekly pickups begin in June and go for 14 weeks. The exact start date isn't set until closer to that time - we'll email you in early June to let you know when the date of the first pickup will be.

Fresh Pasta: Our pasta is crafted in the traditional Italian bronze-cut style, which means the pasta dough is extruded through bronze dies. This method produces a really nice texture that holds sauce and seasonings better than most smooth, store-bought pastas.

Ingredients: Semolina flour and water, plus other ingredients such as beets, spinach, farro, squash, herbs and more. No egg. Pasta flavors and shapes will vary each week.

Can't get through a pound of pasta each week? Fresh pasta freezes very well!

Pickup options:

  1. Tuesdays | 5-6pm at Southside Community Farmers Market
    24th Avenue & Rickert Street, South Fairbanks

  2. Tuesdays | 12-8pm at Boreal Woods Mushroom Farm
    We are located on Old Wood Road, about a mile up the Old Nenana Highway in Ester. This pickup will be self-serve and you can pickup anytime within the pickup window — our most flexible pickup option!

  3. Tuesdays | 5-6pm at Ester Park
    *only for existing Calypso CSA members!

  4. Thursdays | 5-6pm at Beaver Sports
    3480 College Rd, outside in the parking lot
