Mushroom CSA (Fall 2026)

Enjoy fresh, farm-grown mushrooms throughout the rest of the year!

Weekly pickups begin in October and go for 12 weeks. The exact start date isn't set until closer to that time - we'll email you in late September/early October to let you know when the date of the first pickup will be so be sure to keep an eye on your email!

Mushrooms: Choose between a half or full pound per week. In the fall and winter we minimize the varieties we grow - shares will be primarily oyster and lions mane mushrooms.

Pickup options:

1. Tuesdays | 5-6pm at Roaming Root
   1651 College Road, Fairbanks
   
   
2. Wednesdays | 12-8pm at Boreal Woods Mushroom Farm
   We are located on Old Wood Road, about a mile up the Old Nenana Highway in Ester. This pickup will be self-serve and you can pickup anytime within the pickup window — our most flexible pickup option!
