2025 Fall CSA

Our Fall Mushroom CSA runs for 12 weeks, starting in late September/early October (exact start date is to-be-determined).

Shares will vary week by week and you'll receive a rotating mix of the different varieties we grow, about 1-3 varieties per week.

In late September, we'll be in touch via email to let you know when the exact date of the first pickup will be.

*NEW* Fresh Pasta Option!

Pickup a pound of fresh pasta every week with your Mushroom Share — or choose the pasta-only option!

Our pasta is made using semolina flour and water, plus other ingredients such as local beets, spinach, farro, squash and more. Flavors and pasta shapes will vary each week.

Pickup options:

1. Tuesdays | 5-6pm at Roaming Root*

2. Wednesdays | 12-8pm at Boreal Woods Mushroom Farm
   We are located on Old Wood Road, about a mile up the Old Nenana Highway in Ester. This pickup will be self-serve and you can pickup anytime on Wednesdays between 12-8pm — our most flexible pickup option!

*Please note: on the week of November 25th, the Tuesday pickup will moved to Wednesday, for that week only!
